I was fueling the rental car (it was Texas, so it was an F-150!) and as I topped off the tank, I got the dreaded message that the "Cashier has the Receipt". Drat! If I WANTED to go inside, I would have. Anyway, the young man working the VERY busy counter apologized and offered me a cold or hot fountain drink of my choice "for my trouble". Wow! Guess where I'll be tanking up when I am flying out of Love Field! And the hot chocolate I got was delicious!" Great example, Terry! You gave us a great story of how a person with a great attitude makes a compelling difference!
