One of the aspects of “Collapse of Distinction” that has been pointed out to me by many readers and friends is the application the book has regarding the challenges we all face in our personal lives — as well as our professional careers.
From churches studying how to be a more distinctive contributor to their community of believers, to individuals wondering what to do next when the world around them collapses, the Three Destroyers and Four Cornerstones (I’ve realized through your feedback and contributions to the conversation) have impact far beyond how managers run a business.
It’s an issue that I’m going to tackle more here…and in other ways, as well…more often.
